Author Fees (APC)

This journal applies an Article Processing Charge (APC) of 700 USD + applicable taxes to support the sustainability of its open access publishing model.

The APC is payable only after the manuscript has been formally accepted for publication. There are no submission fees at any stage of the editorial process.

What the APC Covers

The APC covers all costs associated with the editorial and publication process, including but not limited to:

  • Editorial management and coordination

  • Double-blind peer review process

  • Copyediting, proofreading, and language checks

  • Layout, typesetting, and graphic design

  • Online publication and journal hosting

  • Maintenance of editorial and publishing systems

  • Plagiarism detection and integrity checks

  • DOI assignment and metadata registration

  • Long-term digital archiving and preservation

  • Technical services and administrative processing

The APC is charged per article, regardless of the number of authors.

Payment Conditions

  • The APC must be paid in full upon acceptance of the manuscript.

  • Authors or their funding institutions are responsible for any bank fees, transfer charges, or currency conversion costs.

  • The publisher must receive the net amount of 700 USD, excluding any deductions.

  • Applicable local or international taxes (VAT or similar) will be added where required.

Refund Policy

  • APCs are non-refundable once the article has been accepted and the publication process has begun.

  • No refunds will be issued in cases of retraction, withdrawal, or removal of an article, as editorial and publishing services will have already been provided.

  • This policy applies even in rare cases where an article is removed after acceptance.

Waiver and Discount Policy

The journal is committed to equitable access to publication and may grant APC waivers or discounts on a case-by-case basis, under the following conditions:

  • Authors from low-income countries, as classified by the World Bank, may be eligible for a full or partial waiver.

  • Waiver requests must be submitted before submission or at the time of submission.

  • Waivers are granted once per author per year.

  • Discounts may be offered to reviewers who have actively contributed to the journal, subject to editorial approval.

  • All waiver and discount decisions are made independently of the peer review process. Editors and reviewers evaluate manuscripts solely on academic merit.

The editorial office is solely responsible for determining eligibility and applying waivers or discounts.

Editorial Independence

Payment of the APC does not influence editorial decisions. All manuscripts are evaluated based on scientific quality, originality, and relevance, in accordance with international editorial standards.
